Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Free local pickup in Williston, ND is available instead.
Shipping
- Shipping method and cost: UPS Ground, $15.99 per order (flat rate), shown at checkout before you pay.
- When it ships: orders usually ship within 24 hours. This is our typical handling time, not a guaranteed shipping or delivery date.
- If we can’t ship as expected: we’ll contact you with a new estimate, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund instead of waiting.
- Delivery time: once your order ships, delivery depends on the carrier. Carrier estimates aren’t guaranteed.
- Tracking: when your order ships, we’ll email you the carrier and tracking number.
Your shipping address
We ship to the address you confirm at checkout. If the address entered when you pay is outside our shipping area, or differs from the one you confirmed, we’ll hold your order and contact you. We won’t change your address or ship the order without hearing from you.
Marked delivered but missing
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, email support@tcgpullfolio.com with your order reference. We’ll investigate with the carrier and then decide with you how to resolve it.
Free local pickup (Williston, ND)
- Pickup is free. After you order, we’ll text you to arrange a pickup time.
- For privacy and safety, we share the pickup location with you directly when we arrange the pickup. It isn’t published on this site.
- Please check your items when you collect them (see Returns & Refunds).
Paying with cash at pickup
- Cash payment is available for local pickup only.
- We hold your items until the pickup deadline shown when you place your order. If the order isn’t collected and paid for by then, the hold ends and the order may be canceled.

We don’t offer preorders.
